As a Customer Service Associate (PhilHealth Konsulta), you will promote customer engagement and program initiatives to maximize awareness and utilization of PhilHealth’s Konsulta benefit package. You ensure that members and their dependents are fully informed about Konsulta’s availability and coverage, and you guide them through a seamless registration process. This role is a part-time/project-based position.
· Customer Engagement: Actively approach and interact with
potential customers, initiating conversations and building rapport.
· Promotional Support: Provide clear explanations of Konsulta benefits,
eligibility criteria, and procedures to avail.
· Registration Assistance: Guide participants through the step‑by‑step
registration process and ensure accurate submission of documents.
· Inquiries & Feedback: Respond promptly to questions, concerns, and
feedback in a courteous and professional manner.
· Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Communications, Education, or a
related field; or equivalent experience as an ambassador, promodiser, or
push girl.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Prior experience in sales, promotion, merchandising, or event-based
programs is an advantage.
· Professional and approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
· Available to begin immediately with flexibility to work in assigned local areas.
