· Financial Planning & Analysis: Developing financial plans and budgets in line with strategic goals and providing insightful analysis to support executive decision-making.

· Financial Reporting: Overseeing the timely, accurate, and compliant preparation and distribution of financial statements, management reports, and other relevant financial information to critical stakeholders. 

· Cash Management: Overseeing cash flow and treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting & monitoring, and managing relationships with banks. 
‍
· Tax & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax and applicable regulations and managing relationships with external auditors and regulatory institutions. 
‍
· Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks to the company and establishing strong internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets and interests. 
‍
· Strategy Planning & Management: Actively contributing to the Senior Management Team in developing and executing the company’s strategic plan and being a highly credible and capable Finance Leader to the finance and accounting team. 

‍· Ad hoc or Special Projects: Leading and managing special projects or assignments as they arise, contributing to the Company’s goals and enhancing operational efficiency. This includes analyzing business opportunities, optimizing internal processes, and supporting strategic initiatives. 

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
· Professional Certification, such as CPA or CMA
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
· Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting skills
· Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial and tax regulations
· Proficient in financial management software, i.e. SAP
· Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable
· Strong attention to detail and ability to provide accurate financial reports
