HR Manager

The role of HR Manager within Clinica Prime Cebu, Incorporated is integral to the cultivation of a productive and supportive workplace environment. Responsibilities encompass a comprehensive spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, benefits administration, and performance management. The incumbent will be tasked with formulating and executing HR policies and strategies to ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of professionalism and innovation. This role will play a critical role in recruiting and retaining top-tier talent, advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives, and contributing significantly to the ongoing growth and success of the organization's workforce. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic leader in the pursuit of our healthcare mission.

Key Reponsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes,
    attracting top talent that aligns with our company's mission and values.

2. Employee Relations:
Foster a positive workplace culture, address
    employee concerns, and promote effective communication and
    collaboration.

3. Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance
    appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers on performance
    improvement and development plans.

4. Benefits Administration:
Oversee employee benefits programs,
    ensuring competitive and attractive offerings for our staff, and ability to
    oversee the compensation and benefits operations.

5. Training and Development:
Identify training needs, design and
    implement development programs, and facilitate continuous learning
    opportunities.

6. Compliance:
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring
    company-wide compliance and adherence to best HR practices.

7. Policy Development:
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures,
    and guidelines, keeping them aligned with industry standards.

8. Diversity and Inclusion:
Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives,
    creating an inclusive and equitable workplace.

9. Employee Engagement:
Implement strategies to enhance employee
    engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

10. Conflict Resolution: Manage employee disputes and conflicts
      professionally, seeking fair and constructive resolutions.

11. Reporting:
Provide regular HR metrics and reports to senior
      management.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business
  Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g.,
  SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
· Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role, with at
  least three (3) years of relevant experience.
· Demonstrated experience in overseeing HR functions, including recruitment,
  training, performance management, and employee relations.
· In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best
  practices.
· Track record of ensuring HR policies and procedures comply with legal
  requirements.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think
  strategically and analytically.
