The Mobile Clinic Supervisor is responsible for the overall coordination, supervision, and efficient operation of mobile clinic activities. This role ensures the timely delivery of healthcare services to remote or designated locations, oversees the mobile team, maintains compliance with medical protocols, and ensures proper utilization of resources to meet performance standards.
1. Operations Management
· Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily mobile clinic schedules and
routes.
· Ensure timely deployment and setup of mobile clinic units at the
assigned locations.
· Monitor service delivery performance and ensure adherence to
protocols and patient care standards.
· Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with the central office
for support as needed.
2. Staff Supervision
· Supervise and provide direction to nurses, medical technologists,
administrative support, and drivers assigned to mobile units.
· Ensure staff attendance, productivity, and professionalism while on
field duty.
· Facilitate team briefings, resolve conflicts, and maintain high staff
morale.
3. Client & Patient Coordination
· Coordinate with corporate clients, community partners, or local
government units for mobile clinic schedules and special requirements.
· Manage on-site patient flow and ensure patient experience is smooth
and efficient.
· Serve as point of contact for clients during field operations.
4. Logistics and Inventory
· Monitor and oversee logistics for mobile operations, including
transport, fuel, medical supplies, and equipment.
· Ensure availability of necessary materials (e.g., test kits, forms, PPE)
before deployment.
· Submit reports on equipment use, supply consumption, and restocking
needs.
5. Compliance and Reporting
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including
infection control and patient confidentiality.
· Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on mobile clinic activities,
patient volume, incidents, and operational concerns.
· Support audits and inspections by internal management.
6. Pre-Deployment Coordination
· Attend pre-APE (Annual Physical Exam) meetings with corporate
clients to discuss schedules, scope of work, and service requirements.
· Conduct site ocular inspections to assess venue readiness, layout,
and logistical feasibility.
· Coordinate client expectations and communicate site limitations or
requirements to the operations team.
7. Post-Deployment Review
· Conduct post-APE meetings with client representatives to review
outcomes, discuss patient volume, address service issues, and gather
feedback.
· Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field is typically required. · A valid healthcare license or certification (e.g., Registered Nurse, Nurse
Practitioner) is essential.
· Proven experience in clinical practice and healthcare leadership is preferred.
· Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and compliance.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a mobile healthcare environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
