The Nursing Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare team in the Diagnostics Department. This position is essential to ensuring patient comfort, safety, and the efficient operation of diagnostic services. Serving as a bridge between patients and medical staff, the Nursing Assistant will assist before, during, and after diagnostic procedures, all while maintaining the highest standards of care and confidentiality.
Patient Assistance:
· Assist patients during diagnostic procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
· Provide clear instructions to patients regarding preparations and procedures.
Clinical Operations Support:
· Prepare diagnostic equipment and ensure all materials are ready for use.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of diagnostic rooms and equipment.
Record Keeping:
· Document patient information and assist in updating records as needed.
· Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure accurate record maintenance.
Administrative Tasks:
· Schedule diagnostic appointments and assist in patient inquiries.
· Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of patient files and reports.
Doctor Assistance:
· Provides the patient's chart to the doctor for consultation and prepares the doctor's room for consultations and/or physical exams.
Branch Rotation and Mobile Operations:
· Follow the branch rotation schedule as assigned by the management.
· Provide assistance during mobile clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
· Adhere to safety, infection control, and confidentiality protocols.
· Support compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Must be willing to perform other tasks assigned according to the business needs of the Company, its directors, or people designated by Management.
· A certificate or diploma in Nursing Assistant, Practical Nursing, or a related field.
· At least 6 months of experience in a clinical or hospital setting (preferred).
· Knowledge of basic diagnostic procedures and patient care.
· Proficient in record-keeping and basic computer skills.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
